Authorization

I authorize BaceBuilt LLC to prepare permit applications for this project, sign them as applicant/agent, file them with Yakima County, the Yakima Health District and other agencies, communicate with those agencies, and receive their correspondence on my behalf. BaceBuilt LLC does not provide legal, surveying or engineering services. I understand documents filed with the county become public records. I agree to sign electronically (RCW 1.80; 15 U.S.C. 7001).
